Hi. Just wanna ask if there would be posibillity for my work application in a famous fastfood.. Im inside Canada since Sept.11'2020 under visit visa. I have multiple entry visa for 10 yrs.

I should be returning home this March 2021.. but because of pandemic i changed my mind not to go home but instead applied for a job.

I applied as food service attendant.. I got interviewed and consequently i passed..Then they gave me contract and all the handouts needed to know all about the job. I filled out everything on the contract.. After few days i came back to submit it all.. They said they have no LMAI available as of this time..But to their post it stated there that there is  LMAI ready for the position.

Am i being cheated  or deceived here? Whats the possibility that i can be hired? Whats the guarrantee that they will process my LMAI ?Is it eligible to apply work if somebody is under visit visa?.Pls.help me.

Im inside canada, arrived since sept.11. I was invited by my immediate family. Because of covid; i decided to just stay and work.. Am i allowed to look for employer and work? Im in visit visa right now but given 10 yrs.multiple entry.
