Ignoring the fact that shuffle time can be able to max out any Persona’s stats and the Satan and Helel have the strongest base power almighty attacks in the game, the thing with the highest base stats upon being fused is indeed the hardest hitting almighty user in the game

Iirc, Helel actually has one of the strongest almighty move, Morning Star which does Severe Almighty damage. Idk why but every time i used it, it feels like i do no damage even with 99 magic stat
