I don't think it is diversity, it is education. If you have learned different things you can apply different knowledge but that is a result of being the best at the job and the most knowledgeable person in the room, no your 'diverse aspects.' And I think the forced inclusion makes people afraid to disagree for fear of 'being intolerant' which just leads to the blind acceptance of one person's solution to avoid this accusation. The *the guilt* of not accepting or fighting for what you believe is best is what causes the lack of confidence, not 'working harder.'
