so it basically depends on the power of 2 that we are getting for a bit which makes it either a MSB or a LSB, for the bit with higher power of 2 is the MSB and the one with least power is the LSB or basically the leftmost and rightmost bit can be considered as the MSB and LSB respectively.

The 0 multiplied by 2 to the power of 13 is 0, its that still the MSB eventhought it has no value after the multiplication, or should it be 1 multiplied by 2 to the power of 12 equal to 4096 as the MSB?
