I’m having an issue where i can only use custom emojis while on a laptop but not on my mobile phone. other people in my chats can access custom emojis from their phone but i don’t have it in my reaction tab. i’m currently on latest version of android beta.

Most of the images I add have a black line on top and bottom (or white bottom and top lines if the image is in dark mode). And once the lines appeared on each side of the image but not on top and bottom. What is causing this and how do fix it?

A lot of steps skipped in this video. Please update with outline on finding an image, resizing, saving as a proper file type, uploading and saving.
