Ok, so since Flowey is Asriel and Ralsei at the same time we can now confirm that all of the following characters are Toby Fox himself:

- The Annoying Dog. (Pretty self explanatory)
- Asriel
- Ralsei (inherited from Asriel)
- Flowey (because flowey is Asriel, also Omega flowey has the same face in battle as toby's pfp on x)
- Gaster (the way he tweeted when deltarune came out)
- Sans (inherited from Gaster as one of the sides of him)
- Papyrus (inherited from Gaster as one of the sides of him)
- Chara (in case he sits down and plays his own game)

IIRC Deltarune was planned first to begin with, but launched a Demo of Undertale as a way of testing it. People ended up liking it more than expected so he put Deltarune on hold and decided to project a story for UT (therefore the similar names and personalities, sourcing from Deltarune, not Undertale)

If you didn’t know Asriel is an anagram for ralsei which is how he got the name also asriel is a combination of both asgore and toriel’s names the first two from asgore and the last four from toriel

I knew it. Deltarune is meant to be Toby's magnum opus, not Undertale, it just so happened that his smaller creation was a banger, too. Looking forward to the rest of Deltarune, whatever it is. I just hope it's the story that HE wants to tell, not what we want to see.
