Hi. I have a BMW 535d, year 2008. I have removed my stock exhaust and welded on a new straight pipe system with slightly larger pipe diameter (from 80 to 84mm). Same time, I removed my stock air filter box and installed a performance intake with cone filter. I was very surprised by the difference, the car has become a bit faster. The engine can easily run 5500 rpm. (It's not a gasoline engine but diesel) Other mods i already done earlier: Step 2 remap, downpipe (no cat no dpf) EGR-delete blanking pipe, bigger intercooler, swirl flaps delete kit and a high pressure fuel pump with bigger capacity than stock.

Do you still have the dpf on it? If not, how does it come i dont see any smoke on punching it? Ours does smoke on every punch on the gas pedal. Its a 2007 pre lci, no dpf.
