I refinish bathtubs and countertops for over 24 years, and this is looking easier for countertops until it comes to tile and cutting off the backsplash on some of these countertops. He cuts out the part where he had to remove the sink, which involves plumbing. You start messing with plumbing, and you risk more going wrong.

Nice! Love the colors! Excited about the fact that you can literally sand and flood or top-coat in 4 hours. I've flooded in 4, 5 and 6 hours using regular epoxies and art coats without sanding for certain designs but some designs that I've done require sanding that had to be done next day therefore I had to flood the following day. This is great news! Definitely will be tryin this product out soon. I still have a lil epoxy on hand.

Do you think this will work on a new build from scratch or is it recommended to use the Art Coat? I've used both...you just answered my questions Mitch... a great looking new product!

LOVE YOUR PREP WORK
As I also take time for my prep
Saves time in any spills or accidents that would otherwise creates time wasted from having to correct an accident.

Why did you add two coats of the white underlayment and two coats of black underlayment.

Hi, Mitch, love your tutorials… I’ve done just a couple of epoxy projects before. One was over tile in a small bathroom and the other was filling a void the center of a wood slab.
This time I’m going to do an existing wood kitchen countertop that I inherited with the house. I’m going with a white marble look. The existing wood slab countertop is 3 sections of wood, close to 14 feet of surface (2 - 6’ sections and then a 2’ section). I watched you bondo the seam of the 45° angle but then later in your video you said never bondo the seams? Did I get that wrong?

Thanks so much.

I'm obsessed. New to channel, I have a tiled countertop currently, can I do this over the tile? It is actually a concrete countertop that is tiled. I also live on an island so I won't be able to get your products readily...what do you suggest?
