I’ve been flying for the last couple of hours now, imho it’s one of the best if not the best in the sim so far.. (I’m also a fan of the dc6) that Kodiak feels very real, it feels like an actual aircraft, not ‘on rails’ like some others. Sounds great! I get great fps with it too!

Been looking forward to your first impressions/review for this aircraft. I have had this on my radar for quite awhile after hearing about its development. I've watched a lot of Missionary Bush Pilot and being able to fly this aircraft in the sim has been a dream come true. This an absolute amazingly detailed plane to fly and I am beyond happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for your first impressions video. I bought it a few hours ago and took it up for a quick spin. It's appears to be well worth the price. I did have one crash to desktop that I can't explain but it reloaded fine. I have flown the Kodiak (Lionheart Creations) before in FSX.

I bought it too and watching your video show me why she was pulling left, it's normal. Need to apply RTFM rule lol. It's too bad the GTN750 mod is not supported so I'm desperately looking for a mod the be able to replace one or more G1000 screens with it... I love Sint Martin island too, my most favorite flying spot too. You must have the scenery & mods for Juliana / Sint Bart's + Seafront boats + Bijan 4 season pack & trees to have palm trees + Aerosoft Simple traffic that make this place really come alive in a huge major way!

I have this plane now, and WOW! This is BY FAR, the BEST plane in the sim!! SHOCKED! (That's what a REAL turbo prop sounds like - ESPECIALLY in beta!)

I have a few friends that fly Kodiaks in real life, and they attest to the need for lots of right rudder.

About the Engine i take, it could be an ice/particle deflector, a screen that folds in or out in the intake. And it takes some of the engines performance! ;)

My nose wheel doesn't exactly rest fully on the ground. I'm sure it's something that can be fixed by the developers.

I bought the plane this morning buy was only finally able to download it from the server around an hour ago. So I'm about to have my 1st flight in it after watching this video and am looking forward to it! The server must have been over loaded because I know I'm not the only person who bought and paid for the Kodiac but has not been able to download it until this evening! Heeeere weeee goooo!!!
