There is so much difference between a 145kph and 150+ Kph.. once a bowler can hit 150kph consistently then he is a different cattle of fish ..a complete a wicket taking beast and takes the pitch of out equation .. the batsman simply doesn’t have enough time to play shots apart from very few high quality players .. he can be a wicket taking force

Playing someone who can bowl with express pace is not an issue now a days. There are many bowlers who have a capability to bowl over 140+ kph average.However, being able to bowl with lateral movement is a key if someone want to serve for extensive period.
