Lol. I tried it before and it didn’t work so i took scissors and shaved off a layer. Works like new! Thanks.

That worked! I had been using a brass wire brush to clean the contacts when it would not make a good contact but today I could not get it to make a good connection. A few sipes with a piece of sandpaper and voila, blinking yellow light. Thanks.

took the rough side of the sponge and cleaned the contacts and it removed my battery and ! error. Thanks!
