People use to think the Iron Bowl outside of Birmingham in Legion Field and here we are since 1999-2000 the games have been played on campuses and was played at Auburn every other year since 1989 except 1991. I think Arkansas Texas A&M Georgia Florida and Texas Oklahoma need to have it home and home and not a neutral site in one of the teams state. Regular season games should be at home or away at the other schools period.

Then lobby the NCAA to allow recruits for the home team in Jax. Problem solved. If Kirby really cared about big home games he'd be against all the neutral site kickoff games and scheduling FCS and G5 opponents.

there's no one telling kirby that he can't bring recruits to jacksonville other than the "gentlemen's agreement" between the two school administrations. remove that agreement, and bring all the 'croots you want. problem solved.

I think rotating it every three years; Gainesville, Athens, Jacksonville. This way a player would get at least one home game, one away, and one neutral site in his career and you get to host recruits regularly.
