Boell Talks

The Heinrich Boell Foundation Tbilisi office hosts public debates since 2004. The debates aim to provide spaces for deliberation on acute political, social and cultural problems faced by contemporary Georgia and to motivate public discussions about the establishment of a constitutional state and civil society and the promotion of the culture of the public debate.

In 2019 hbs launched #BoellTalks. Boell Talks aims to hold public discussions in Tbilisi and Yerevan with civil society representatives, experts, and decision-makers on the topics of relevance for Armenia and Georgia.
