What is the part number of the second heatsink? I phoned Dell and got told a part number, but they did not have any. When I looked on eBay, I see it said "CPU0" on it, so clearly Dell told me wrong. A look on eBay suggested R5NN8 might be the part. When I asked Dell, they said they were equivalent to the one they first told me.

Whilst R5NN8 fits and says "CPU1", the arrow indicating the direction of the airflow is in the opposite direction to the first CPU. The second CPU, fitted with R5NN8, runs 30 deg C hotter than the first CPU. I'm beginning to wonder if R5NN8 is actually not the correct part.

I have lost all confidence in the support from Dell. It is really poor.

Whoever it was installing this hid the caps he or she installed on the studs sticking through the 2nd. cpu heatsink, slowed it down and the Allen wrench shows up after it is behind heatsink, why???
