GIS Day 2021 - Archiving and Georeferencing Preliminary and Recorded Plats and/or Surveys

The Office of Monroe County Surveyor uses its GIS resources to ensure that surveys and plats being submitted to our planning department are consistent with local Public Land Survey System (PLSS) Monument Corner records. Through the creation of a geodatabase, we track the age, history, quality, and consistency of this data.
