Sharron Davies: 'Lia Thomas Is A Fully Fledged Male With Male Genitalia'

Former Olympic Swimmer Sharron Davies tells Mark Saggers on TalkTV that a breakthrough had been made after Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer "actually decided that a woman is an adult human female, and that words should matter."

She said there is nothing wrong with a trans woman being called a trans woman, "and then that also describes exactly what that person is", but she cautioned over the fight for safe spaces for women.

Davies said she was angry that young female swimmers had to share a changing room with trans swimmer Lia Thomas, who "is a fully fledged male with male genitals."

"These girls were forced to change next to Lia Thomas every day, twice a day, for nearly two years. When they said that they had a problem with it, they were sent to psychiatrist."

Lia Thomas should be nowhere near womens' sport, and both he and the US swimming authorities that sanctioned his participation deserve all the condemnation that comes their way.

That story of the young women in the locker room is horrific. Those officials and that school should be sued out of existence. And the East Germans - good lord!

Lia Thomas is also an AGP who gets off on humiliating woman, those girls need deep apologies and acknowledgement of the sexualised and gaslit abuse their sport governance put them through. Plus removing any medal or place and giving them back to the rightful woman.

IMO when Lia Thomas is too old to swim disguised as a female, and there are no more awards or endorsement deals to be had, he will go back to being Will Thomas. The fact that Lia has not started sex reassignment surgery tells a lot.

When I was in the 4th grade here in the U.S., Title IX went into effect, and co-ed public school physical education became mandatory.
It was HORRIBLE. Mixing of sports activities for boys and girls of elementary school age ended up with girls incurring loads of injuries - including myself when I look a large kick ball to the face, which had been hurled by a same age boy. This combining of the genders was purportedly done in furtherance of equality between the sexes - except that where physicality is concerned, THERE IS NO SUCH THING. You’re completely correct that America is behind in this regard. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be ashamed of themselves!
