How to split data (Text to Columns) on a new line or carriage return delimiter in Excel - this is for the in-cell Enter where data can be represented on multiple lines within a single cell.

Often times, when you import data into Excel from a CSV or Text file, especially if it contains addresses, some of the data will be on multiple lines within the same cell. When you want to use Text to Columns to split this data, there is no obvious way to do that, but here I'll show you the simple shortcut for splitting data based on carriage returns / new lines / in-cell Enter.

I hope you enjoy this Excel Quickie!)
