Sir I get missed beats sometimes . I saw your video on the same . I did ECG, 2D echo Lvef 65%, CT coronary no luminal narrowing and zero calcium score, in TMT i got 3 pre mature beats . Then I had also done holter test and pvc burden is less than 1% . Is it normal ? Can I do gyming moderate weight training ? Sir please do reply . I was an athlete earlier

I have d1 ostial 75% lesion, this is diognised last week. Only one small artery 75% blockage. So all the measurements like BMI BP SUGAR AND HEARTBEAT and as you suggested in blood circulation I don't feel problem. I have suddenly chest pain Dt.9.5.23. From then till today I have no pain and I feel myself energetic. I am 63 years old. So doctors says I have no need for stent. But you have suggested many solutions to judge myself in this video. I have comparatively changed my diet and started exercise as you suggested in your channel. So after getting full recovery and after 4 to 5 months very cautiously I would try to judge my as you suggested. I can know my self actually what was the reason of chest pain. Thank you sir.
