The April fool's joke that broke my heart was back in 2007, I believe it was EGM, announced "Mushroom Kingdom Hearts" for the Wii, which sounded like it'd be AWESOME . Mixing in Nintendo franchise characters into the KH universe would honestly have been a lot of fun, and I'm still mad this wasn't real

Pandarens are from The WC3 expansion, The Frozen Throne. You could get one in a special way in the Blood Elf campaign, and in the bonus campaign with Rexxar, Chen Stormstout was a character you got to use. They were popular, for sure.

Cytus II. It's a rhythm game, they teased a literal giraffe named "G. Raff" as a character a couple years ago on April Fools' day, and recently added him as the character where they dump their collab songs.
