The HIDDEN Costs of Buying at Auction | Buy To Let Investing | Back To Basics

In a previous video I said that you can spend a lot of money getting ready to buy at auction, without actually getting a property. In this video I explain these hidden costs and fees that you may not have factored in.

These need to be taken into account before you can get a true expectation of profit for the property. Similarly with buy to let, you may find your yield isn't as high as previously thought.
