Flash couldve actually beat Zod and the other kryptonians, young flash actually killed a kryptonian because he got pierced by a kryptonian shard of metal and he used it to stab and kill the female kryptonian that fought Superman in the street in man of steel

The Flashes were way faster than the kryptonians in terms of speed they couldn’t keep up, it would’ve been easy to just stab them all before they realized what happened
