I just bought a set of two and I'm having the same problem. They show all the colors they have and it doesn't work the way they advertise. I'm honestly confused. They are so expensive for them to just turn on one color

Me and my three best friends bought these and ALL FOUR have the same issues!! Not mention the QR code on the back that is suppose to go to a setup video send you to a sketchy YouTube video. BIZARRE

I can't even get mine to connect to my WiFi. Just says 'Connecting failed. Please enter your Wi-Fi details again." I bought these as a birthday gift for a dear friend and now I feel like the whole birthday is ruined since this was supposed to be the best gift but doesn't even connect. :(
