Journalling is by far the best way to reduce stress, and a whole can of worms besides. Journalling is very healthy, and an entry every day will help ground you and, keep you from over-thinking those dangerous negative thoughts. During my medical years onboard ship, journalling kept me sane. It also helped towards getting trained for my helicopter piloting test. You are doing exceptionally well, Emma. Of course it's natural to have self-doubts, but you're more stronger emotionally than perhaps you give yourself credit for.
