I have had Android Authority on high regards all this time and still do. But the video quality is somewhat lacking.

And for God's sake I understood like 1/3 off all you said, and I am not alone in this one. Don't misunderstand, great topic tho.

Not a big fan of this reviewer (?) ... Don't just read what's on the screen. Viewers can do that, this just reminds me of a terribly equipped/prepared classroom teacher. Also, his speech comes across as unsure, as if he doesn't know what he's talking about.

I was sick in bed yesterday so I didn't get around to this, but thankfully the reigns and did a good job doing it. 

What am I preparing next? Hound vs Google Now vs Cortana vs, wait for it, Siri. Yes, iPad is in the mail and should be here soon.

Yankees are there, I track the Mariners on my phone. I use Here Drive+ for navigation and Cortana is set to use that. Waze was rated as the most accurate for how many minutes it would take you to get to your destination.

I've got cortana beta on my note 4 and have to say it's quite impressive. It's by far the best with text to speech with how natural the voice sounds even though google now does do a good job at it too. If you ask cortana to sing a song she actually sings a sing and does't speak words of a song like other assistants do. 

Think Microsoft has had more experience in text to speech as it's been in windows for pc since XP. For me though google now is my preferred assistant especially with it's integration with tasker on android. Hasn't got the chat bot functionality or the jokey side to it like siri and other assistance have but not a major issue in my opinion. Cortana definitely beats Siri and beats google now in text to speech and some other functions like restaurant reviews. Only thing I don't like about google now is how it reads out a paragraph from wikipedia rather than just a simple answer.

I was hoping to see other useful information besides just asking it questions. For example, how well does it create notes when asked by voice? Can it set alarms and dates? Can you open apps by voice or play music like Google now? So far it seems like Google now does everything just a tad better and a bit more useful.
