This is the album version with a higher pitch, a slightly faster pace and some additional sounds.
I highly doubt this is a legit demo because includes absolutely everything from the final mix. A demo will never had the final vocals on it.
Anyone can add this little extra things and move the pitch up, it could be just a fan made fake demo.
