Own of the better replays I've seen in this channel, the player is self aware of his weaknesses and submitted a good replay that clearly shows where he can improve and also where he exceeded expectations.

I get it. its not the worst gameplay, but it soo painful to watch heal bot kiri when there are so many opportunities for eliminations right in front of her.

I understand why they are playing like this. A lot of these coaching videos say the worst thing you can do is die, but they took that too literally. Risk taking to make a play is just as important as not dying. Finding the right balance between what you can get away with and what you can't get away with is the key to climbing, but if you never take risks you are never gonna learn that

It feels like the Kiri is playing healer instead of support. To be fair I tend to play kiri more like a dps which isn't oprimal either

That's exactly how I play, safe, positioning, passive to a fault, playing my life like I only got the one. I thought it was just me who played this way. 😂

I am aware that I have much to improve on and need to have more value in games but it's nice to see a version of me from the outside looking in as it will help me to make positive adjustments on my playstyle. Surprised they made it to Platinum but that gives me hope that I can get there too some day. 🙂

having few deaths or 0 it's a good thing especially for support sence normally it means you are healing 24/7 i had games where my friends had no ideia how i was still alive but i was always with them or close by (lw so don't need to hug them) the kiriko just needs to be a little less "afraid" unless they have a widow or ash of course

I don't disagree with playing safe and not dying, specially on support. All this kiri needs is to be familiar with the "shoot shoot heal" tempo and realize the power of Teleport and wallclimb to maximize survivability and aggressiveness.

Also not part of this gameplay but worth being aware of: adjust your playstyle depending on the other support. If you have a zen or a Lucio that is playing his own game maybe you're gonna be healbotting a bit more, but if you have a Mercy or Lifeweaver you're gonna have to pump some extra damage or your team might struggle to secure some kills.

Before watching it through Kiriko is my character I dont like dying on. I know when to back up tho I think my best game with her was like 45 n 1

Obviously Emongg can still coach the player, but you’d probably get a LOT more information if you uploaded a loss.
