The size enhancement is incredible! It would be unheard of just 8 years ago to get this image quality from a 6x image size. This tech is moving at hyperspeed.
But Dall-E still creeps me out. It sometimes reminds me of a child, drawing a scene from a horror film...

Awesome. I spent the best part of 4 hrs restoring an old portrait of my son-in-law's grandmother, as she'd recently died. I saw Unmesh's video and went over to gfpgan to give it a go. About 30 seconds later it spat out an utterly remarkable renovated version. Absolutely incredible!

Thank you Glyn. As I am sure you already know. Photoshop Beta has incorporated now most, if not all of the steps that you did with DALLE with its generative crop tool etc and ability to expand am image realistically.

I think you are absolutely right that this is not going to be a threat to anybody who truly is creative and has the ability to use it as the tool, the wonderful, amazing toolbox of tools it offers us to help us.
