Can’t get better than the draper plastic hawk. 22 years at this game. Best hawk ever. 10er on Amazon 👌

I had a lot of wrist pain untill i got this pal through trying to keep the hawk level when doing the bottoms of the wall.. This has solved it by lowering the angle needed.. Took a while to get used of not spinning it but worth it to be pain free.

I have the pointing one & find it totally brilliant for controlling the mortar, thanks to its angled edge. But the plastering variation seems like a bit of an after-thought.

Hi great video. I’m not convinced about that hawk. I think I’m gonna be sticking with my marshalltown Hawk.

Did you use it for pointing? I.e. what it's meant for

I’m also a spinner - was taught to use all four sides of the hawk for efficiency. Imagine if accidentally handle it the ‘wrong way’ you create more strain of your wrist than If it was just a regular design 👎

Yeah, doesn't look great, don't think I'll be buying one anytime soon. I think Nickleback are great though 🤣

40 years plastering no pain in my wrist or shoulder, no foam on the underside of the hawk, no spread that I know has problems or foam, I guess we are real men!!!
