Thank you for this! I've used this coffee for years without knowing how to properly use it. Same with the Moka pot, it's been in the box since I bought it. Cafe Bustuelo is low in acid, excellent for those like me who have interstitial cystitis, or people who have ulcers or gerd.

I'm furious because I just now found out that Cafe Bustelo has sugar and carbohydrates when it should be 0g. And by not having a nutrition value label on the product that literally says it all.
