IB Biology HL Option D.6 Transport of Respiratory Gases

There is a mistake in the video. In the 'Regulation of Blood pH' section, it should say 'Kidney releases H+ ions to lower pH'. You can hear me falter when I get to that bit but I couldn't talk and think at the same time to correct it. Sorry!!

Just to double check, does loading oxygen at lower partial pressure mean it's easier to load?
