I've been dealing with Medicare Supplement through Keith for several years now, and I just have to say that his assistant Laurel C. is very knowledgeable, professional and goes the extra mile to save folks money while making sure their coverage needs or in place for the best protection and value.
Thanks!!

To anyone reading this and is completely lost, what finally worked for me was not to try an understand it all at once but to just focus on the biggest question I had at the time. Then go to the Medicare on Video page and search for videos that talked about that question. At first each answer brings up another question but whenever a new question pops up find another video that addresses it . It's not long before you feel the "Fog" start to lift and you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Keith's videos are great! Laurel was a big help to me reviewing and enrolling in a supplemental plan. I am a recently retired hospital based physician and know from 30 years experience that Medicare parts A and B are the best health insurance in the country. I look forward to my start date and being able to get off my expensive, lousy private insurance. Too bad that we can't have Medicare from birth.

Was very confused about Medicare! After watching several videos I wanted to make sure I completely understood what to do so I called their office. I called and left a message and Julia Jones called me back within 5 minutes. She was so helpful with answering my questions. I would recommend calling if you do find that you need help!

My husband, Jerry, is 67 and has already signed up for Part A. He’s still working and plans to retire next year. I just turned 65 2 weeks ago and I’m trying to sign up for Medicare but I’m having ALOT OF trouble doing so. I don’t know what I’m supposed to sign up for.
Part A or Part B. I’ve been watching your videos and I’m still not clear as to what I’m supposed to do. Please help?

I am a diabetic. I’m researching Medicare I will be going on it next year. If I accept a supplement, but I want to change the supplement in the future, what kind of a medical evaluation well I have to go through? I’m insulin-dependent

I am an American living in Vietnam. I turn 65 in June of 2021. I am currently on Social Security. Will I be automatically signed up for Medicare part A and B. I worked for 38 years in America before moving to Vietnam. Also, what challenges will I face if I ever move back to the US, or Vietnam becomes a state/territory? One never knows what the future holds. Thank you for your response.

I'm 65 since June 28, 2020. I'm on Worker's Comp since 2018 (three years). I continue paying for my health insurance throught my job. I have not retired yet. The boss on my job was demanding from me to retire. I barely visit doctors, never. Co- payments for especialists is $60.00 or $30.00 for primary doctor. I pay around $200.00 a month for my job Aetna insurance.
I do not have any precondition. I'be been healthy TG. Worker's Comp pays for my medical expenses; these are the only doctors that I am constant with doc's appoinments.
How should I proceed?

I’m 65, my husband is still working & I can be covered with his benefit...but that medical coverage is terrible w/a lot of out-of- pocket costs. I’m considering changing to Medicare Original. I’m also considering signing up for Tricare for Life ( my husband is retired AF). In your opinion, would that be a good combination in terms of coverage & cost?

I have spent less than $800 in 64 years combined and hardly get $1, 000 a month from SS so this is way too much for Part B. They should adjust the amount according to the amount of one's benefit.

Over the years my mother, father, and even uncle have all had the good fortune of using your services with the help of Julia Jones.  From that very first call she has been nothing but helpful, patient, resourceful, and most notably consistent.  Navigating through the waters of understanding Medicare has been challenging, but thanks to Julia we’ve got a dependable lighthouse helping us every step of the way.
