The Bourne Supremacy Hidden Alternative Ending

This is the hidden alternate ending of The Bourne Supremacy. I had no idea this ending existed until recently. It does not show up on the DVD menu. I found the file hidden on the DVD as an easter egg.

Because it is an easter egg, this video may get removed for copyright, but it is a 14-year-old movie so hopefully, it will be fine.

I personally think the ending in the movie is far better than this, but it is really cool to find this for one of my favorite movies. Apparently, Matt Damon and Paul Greengrass didn't like this ending and they decided to change it at the last minute.

I came here after reading about it on wikipedia;
According to a June 2008 article from The Guardian, "Two weeks before [the release of The Bourne Supremacy (2004)], [director Paul Greengrass] got together with its star, Matt Damon, came up with a new ending and phoned the producers saying the new idea was "way" better, it would cost $200, 000 and involve pulling Damon from the set of Ocean's 12 for a re-shoot. Reluctantly the producers agreed—the movie tested 10 points higher with the new ending"

I am glad they did not go with this ending. It made Bourne meeting Pamela at the end of Ultimatum much more impactful.

This ending is kind of cool. But ending in the movie is much better. It perfectly ties in to Ultimatum. But they executed this ending scene good tho!.

In my opinion, The Bourne Supremacy was the best movie out the entire series. Joan Allen was fantastic, along with the rest of the supporting cast.

The music director of this film is brilliant, the music is iconic and very edgy, I won't try hard to compare it to the rhythm of James Bond's music, but for me, Bourne's music has always been ringing in my life after this film was published.

That getaway behind the tram is awesome, but I think I'd be happier if Pam gets some rest.

This is an interesting ending but if they'd used it then we wouldn't have gotten that excellent opening to Ultimatum.

As Bourne was written chance and circumstance played a lot into what happened to him...whereas Bourne himself wanted peace...so that moment where he sinks down into the snow to slip away is somewhat fitting
