Jennifer Bell Performs 305C at USA Diving Zone A Championships in Rockville, Maryland

This clip shows Jennifer Bell of High Dive Champions performing a 305C (Reverse 2-1/2 Somersaults in the Tuck Position) on the three-meter springboard during the 14-15 Girls J.O. 3M Competition of the USA Diving Zone A Championships in Rockville, Maryland. Jennifer took the second place silver medal in the event, finishing with 354.15 points (eight dives). On this dive she received scores of 6, 6, 7, 7, and 7.5 for a total of 20.00 which, when multiplied by the degree of difficulty, gave her an award of 56.00 points.
