It's a fixed mount so it doesn't rotate. It is however really easy to mont. Just make sure you don't place it too far back on the hemet. Battery is ok. Rechargeable lithium bat that comes with it. I got to film close to 1h30m on HD mode. Although I would recommend an additional one.
