bait the bite attacks and time your attacks (jumping r2 is easiest) to safely smack his head. don't do too early or he'll throw a second bite out. Smack his head enough and the armor will break off and he'll lay his head downwide open. At this point give his exposed noggin your bestest attack and he will take huuuuuugeeee damage as you can see from the final hit I gave him. If I had gotten him the first time he did that the fight would have been a lot shorter. Learn his tells!!
