Definitely agree with the top 3 picks, though I may shuffle em around depending on how I feel that day. Would also say Cedric Bixler-Zavala from The Mars Volta is an honorable mention for me.

Honourable Mention: Richard Wright, clearly, I'm a huge Pink Floyd fan. He doesn't get enough attention as a singer, or frankly as a musician. I also know that this list is very mainstream rock oriented.

Steve Hogarth (Marillion's singer of over 30 years), Justin Hayward (The Moody Blues), Jean Pageau (Mystery) would all be on my top male singers list, and for females, the late Tracy Hitchings (Landmarq, various Clive Nolan projects), Olivia Sparnnan-Josh (Mostly Autumn) and Floor Jansen (Ayreon, Nightwish & more)

That clip you use for Frank Zappa is not actually Zappa singing. While Zappa did do a lot of his own singing, he also had other lead vocalists in his band. This sounds like Victor Willis.
