What if my phone wont boot period, not into recovery, download mode, nothing. The only thing it does when I try to boot to recovery is vibrate a few times then flash a quick error message about binaries and pit files?

My phone boots fine, but I cannot get to recovery mode. This video didn't help me. That option is disabled (I think it requires a Samsung account and I don't seem to have one, or at least the option is grayed out). Can't figure out why it won't enter recovery mode, but it still won't... I bet the service provider has sent a kill switch over the network to interfere..
