Bubble will burst once developers can no longer pay their loans. Pati yung buyers na mag default sa bank financed home loans. Banks will reassess their Home Loan portfolio pag madami na mag default. Dadami din and foreclosed properties sa market.

Plot twist: pre-selling prices are now higher than that of secondary markets. Developer's are either greedy or just dumb optimistic of their shoebox offerings. Price correction is long overdue.
