This is absolutely absolutely true. The kind of crowd we get in interviews is pathetic. My only compliant is what are these Universities charging lakhs of fees for?

Companies spending in lacs per employee. What a bullshit? They are looking for cheap labour in most cases. And spending only on top notch not on everyone

It is expected that companies will have to train, this whole version 'umemployable' is bullshit, they have the aptitude to be trained and employed, be happy for that

Tabhi Mahindra ki vehicles pe 1 year to 1.5 years ki waiting chal rahi hai. Apna jo kaam hai wo to Mahindra waalon se hota nahi doosron pe comment karte rehte hain. Apni company pe focus karna chahiye Mahindra ko bakchodi se zyada

Also, the likes of Mahindras and TCSs can't afford to pay the student who are employable. Thus they should thank those unemployable students for getting damn cheap labour.

This is absolutely true. One of my cousin is in final semester of MCA. I asked him to write a simple hello world code in Java. He failed to write!!! This the reality with most of the students!
