Awesome video Rod, great to see you get such a beautiful longtail and turn it into that meal, I've got to try that next time I get out. The way you said yuzu kosho at 26:17 (the first time) is nearly there, the "sho" has the same sort of "o" sound as the "ko" (like o in orange), except its a bit of a longer sound. As someone else said the Japanese writing says Yuzu Goshou (ゆずごしょう), but can also be written (more commonly I feel) as Yuzu Koshou (ゆずこしょう), doesn't really matter when saying it because the Go sound is shorter it kinda just sounds like Ko when said.

Ya a kayak fishing adventure! I'm so happy for you to have your own motor boat, but I enjoy the kayak fishing and trolling videos mugh more than the motor boat island camping videos. Although some of the quiet reef asmr shots on those adventures are pretty compelling.
