I've been playing hockey for about 10 years now, and I've been on the track team for about 2 years.

The whole time, ive had like really bad shortness of breath, and I even get out of breath just by walking a few meters. I just thought it was because I need training with my stamina.

I went to the doctors 3 weeks ago, after having watched this video, I have now been diagnosed with asthma.

I've been feeling like this since I was a kid but now I just realized because it'd getting worse... My parents said to me that I'm overreacting.. when I told them that my teacher thinks that I have asthma they wouldn't let me go to do a check up.. I don't know .

I'm 25 and I was born with asthma. and my asthma happens when I get allergies or A cold and lasts for 6 weeks after the cold goes away and the wet coughing and vibrating chest pain is very severe for me. I wheeze all the time.

I'm going to the doctors next week hopefully they can help I might have mild asthma because my im haveing chest pains and I already got my heart checked and I'm all good apparently. And got a my chest checked out as I hurt a muscle as well but it wasn't that because it's been 2 months I'll be healed up by now. Having little wheezing sound come from my nose. Plus more tired as well lately

when I was running in a hurry and it was cold and then I had shortness of breath or breathing problems and then I wanted to cough and I felt that my lungs were in a tight hug and howled, sensitive to temperatures, cold, warm.

I knew it, I was doing violin (because I do play violin) I had an asthma attack I think idk it was kinda hard to breathe but I can breathe but it just feels like it and slightly feeling to faint then my lips turned blue/grey and my legs felt weak and my vision was in blue or green colours, I know when it happens because when I get a black vision out of nowhere then it turns back to my normal vision then it means that it’s happening

The other day i needed to take my inhaler because there was mold growing in my apartment given how humid it was, but the moment after i pushed the button for spray release, i felt something solid shoot from the canister into my mouth! I quickly spit whatever it was out - and lo and behold wasn't that thing a🪲 ROACH‼️ This was one of the most disgusting moments of my life! Now I am forever sealing my inhaler in a bottle unless I need it!
