I receive a lot of junk emails related to promotions, campaigns etc. Deleting those from a common sender, a unique subject is easy after sorting them.

However, if we want to delete the emails where subject containing specific text, sender from a particular domain or in fact the body contain some text; this is achievable through vba macro.

Let's see how to delete specific emails from Outlook.

hi I am looking for a macro to scan a given directory in outlook, sort them with subject and keep the latest one and delete all older emails .. can you share a way to do it?

hello sir, really I was searching this. just I need to know whether it can delete mails even if Outlook is closed ? or is it mandatory to keep Outlook open to delete all mails

Sir can u please guide me in changing the name of the email through VBA.
I have tried.SentOnBehalfOfName but it is not fulfilling my requirement as it requires the name to be in proper email format, whereas I want a plain name.
