Workforce database, parameter queries in Microsoft Access

This video explains how to create parameter queries in Microsoft Access. The tutor starts off by creating a simple select query, but then explains that sometimes it is better to use a parameter query so that users don't have too many queries to choose from. The parameter query is activated by using square brackets in the criteria row in the query by example grid. The tutor then demonstrates how to add a report to a parameter query and how the report reacts when it is based on a parameter query.
