How Men Use HCG - Doctor's Survey

How are men using HCG? I asked this question as an informal survey on my Instagram (follow me @DrThomasOConnor and @AnabolicDocApp) to find out why men take HCG, how long and with what other drugs, and the doses they’re using. There were a wide range of responses: some men use HCG as PCT, others alongside testosterone, and some separately as a fertility protocol. In this video I explain these differences, the doses, the side effects, and other substances that may be used for similar purposes. Clinically, I measured my testosterone level at 390. At 50 years of age. I started on HCG twice a week at 50 units. I checked my testosterone levels once again and saw that my levels Rose to 1000. Prior to all of this I had also had an inverse ratio of estrogen to testosterone where my estrogen level was 246. I carried about 30% body fat and consider that adipose tissue plays a huge factor in aromatization. So I went on 2.5 mg of letrozole weekly which brought it down to around 20. I continued on HCG and started adding 500 units of testosterone weekly. My testosterone levels jumped up to 3500 and my free testosterone was around 1300. My testicular volume remained constant throughout my cycle which later anavar was added. I suffered from no evidence of gynecomastia or puffy nipples. I was able to get off of HCG and testosterone and was able to Free Fall a little bit in my gains to include in my testicles but the pituitary biofeedback Loop for me was not affected as post- PCT I was able to stay off for 3 months and had no side effects. In my opinion HCG and Mild use of letrozole is definitely a winning combination during cycle and post cycle.

What you didn't touch on is the potential benefits associated with backfilling the cholesterol cascade using HCG. It'll keep neurosteroid production up as well as prevent the decrease in HDL associated with TRT.

Been on trt for 2 years now, with and without taking hcg @ 250 iu eod. I find that when I'm not taking hcg along with the testosterone, my libido goes in the tank. Feel my best on 60mg test twice a week and 250 hcg Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

10 years ON AAS + HCG and no signs of gonadal atrophy, only sometimes when the at the end of the 10ml HCG in BAC water, strength diminishes hence some hypo gonadism, just make another HCG mix asap and they will return to normal. Also a good way to determine if your AAS (somewhat) and HCG is legit. 250IU E4D

My doctor kept me on 1cc (200mgs Enathate) for three months one shot per week. Two days prior to the weekly shot he had me take a high dose of HCG 75iu weekly. We got pregnant while staying on TRT in 3 months! He is writing an article in some medical journal/magazine. He’s been able to get all 8 couples/patients that have/are on cycles and TRT pregnant. I personally use HCG for mono-therapy free of androgen use at 800ius a week split from 2 shots a week. I’d love to hear more information on it’s usage in mono-therapy and in it’s use with microdosed clomid about 6.25g daily for people that are non users of steroids in any capacity and too young to risk shutting down potential fertility!

It's unfortunate HCG is so restricted right now. Even major insurance companies and top tier expensive plans are refusing to cover it. My doctor prescribed it for me and even with my insurance which is a good one, it was denied.

Thank you for this video. My trt place sent me Gonaderelin in place of HCG. Did at home sperm motility tests before and after the switch. Went from fertile and fine on HCG to infertile on Gonaderelin. Bought HCG from a pharmacy in India immediately after the infertile test result. A years worth for 100 bucks.

I've found HCG al9ng with TRT seems to give the most benefit . Libido much better along with testicular volume. Big question is should hcg be cycled ?

I came off trt due to raised psa and urinary syptoms. I started low dose hgc a few months before coming off trt and doubled the dose of hcg to 500iu 2 times per week as mono therapy. So far i still feel great i had a dip for around 10days to 2 weeks but i bounced back really well doing this with no other drugs or therapies what so ever. But i dont dont know going forward if it would be a good idea to cycle on and off hcg mono therapy. Not much literature out there to my knowledge. Still trained hard with good muscle mass and a six pack past 50 but want to keep it that way...

I am doing 200mg test/week and 20mg anavar. Also 4000 hcg a week. After 5 months done sperm check. 30mln/ml sperm concentration with decent motility and morphology. Before my testosterone cycle my concentration was 92mln/ml with a very good motility. So obviously got worse now but still is good. Hcg seems to be doing its job. As I think without the hcg my numbers would have plummeted more.

How long does it normally take to be fertilite if on 3000 iu eod with 50 clomic ed ?
