I’d do a MOCA, testing all 3 domains of language, looking for more localizing signs like cranial nerves, eyes

I’m with Dr. Berkowitz that’s there’s no cerebellum hit if gait is normal, no ataxia, just weakness

Also possible basal ganglia, thalamus
