One of the rare times that I subscribe to a channel, but there is no way that I risk missing an upload. Keep going, bro.

Become 'selfish', to be able to put myself first before anyone else, stop placing my self worth in others and self improve drastically before the end of the year

I can't with these comments. This guy is giving so much value! I can recognise many references from decision fatigue. Pomodoro technique but modified and many more!

Brothers don't be arrogant and absorb this good shit! It's hella valuable.

I don't even know how he is giving us this information for free because in other books it's discussed too!

I really appreciate all the work and effort you put into this video and other vids.

I focus my detachment on things that matter more for me to excel in areas that are more worth my time on self development although there's an issue of lack of empathy that together make it harder to socialise as I no longer care about trivial things, I could direct my focus on manipulation which will not only make socialising more interesting, it will also be a skill I can use in social situations that benefit me socially among others.

I've started using these strategies although now it's in my line of sight from watching this video, I'll learn to make automatic decisions with things that aren't worth the effort so I can direct my focus on things that are more worth my time whilst learning about manipulation to turn my weakness into strength. I'm always calm and unphased, Ayanokoji can teach me how to turn what I've already learnt whilst adding the things I'm missing to become more efficient in every aspect.

This video was informative, keep going bro cuz this is the way to make others stronger. 👍🏻

Wow, surprisingly despite how cringe i thought the video was going to be initially, the content u talked about is actually legitimate. Thanks for the advice, i will try it out since they actually seem logical to help me grow.

My goal is to be the best version of myself and work hard every single day. No exceptions. That goes for sports, studying, and working out. By the time I’m 16 I want to be proud of the person I’ve become and move higher.

The goal I want is to let go of the past. I constantly cling to the things I have no control over without realizing it’s detrimental to my brain, I’m slow when it comes to my desire to learn new things, and I relapse (to p**n) because my lust for longing overcomes me.

All I got in my adolescence is where I got bullied, getting inexplicably accused of being mean (when I’m not trying to be, but it’s like an instinct of
mine), pleasing others if it benefits their pride, and not having the capacity to stand up for myself out of fear of what others think of me. I’m 30 and made my peace with my autism. But I want people to know I can amount to something and to take care of myself. I guess I’ve been sheltered for my own good.
