I was fortunate enough to land a copy of the 75342 Republic Fighter Tank, recently found on-sale in Mexico! Today we review the set, the build, and the minifigures! It will release on April 26th for $39.99, making history as the first Star Wars LEGO set to include the 187th Clone Legion!

I can’t wait to get this set on the release date! I think it will be a decent set to army build on it as the tank looks okay. Not perfect but acceptable

The minifigures are the real best parts. The Mace Windu is awesome, the clones are awesome and the battle droids are a great bonus this is a must have set

The airborne helmet is how the figure is, not sure what you meant about “more accurate”

I'm still not sold on the build, those gaps are awful. However I still will get this set because I love the saber tank and the minifigs are great

The minifigs are based on the Hasbro figures that were released some years ago, and the details are spot on, considering the source material. The clone commander stands out rather nicely I think

The only thing I don’t like about it is that the cockpit piece doesn’t go flush with the other Lego parts

That gap is bad but not a huge deal. Still better than the previous two for different reasons--this one seems to be a good blend of the previous ones.

I am so excited for this set. The Mace Windu minifigure and his 187th troopers are obviously the highlights of the set. The build is decent, and overall I say that 1 mid sized build along with 6 minifigures is sort of a steal. Not to mention the clones are not cannoned, instead being legends.

I never thought lego would do the 187th clone legion but I'm glad they did. I feel the tank should have had the top mounted turret like the 2008 version but overall pretty good set

It looks ok. The figs are great!
But I think it should cost the same like the 501st set, because it is so similiar in parts and figs

How I got to see this so fast is unbelievable! Also I'm very excited for this, I don't have the 501st and wanted it, but this is taking its place. I would rank it 10/10; new figures never seen before, enough stuff to have a battle and a tank that scales very well with other sets in the same era/trilogy! Too many harsh opinions against it. THERE'S PURPLE CLONES!!!
