The bigger argument is making higher education affordable to Americans. The talent is here, it's education and training that are needed.

There is already an oversupply of skilled Americans in tech and not enough jobs. Every job has 200+ applicants and it’s hard to get a job now with all the layoffs. Them saying we need more skilled people in tech is total BS, they just want foreign workers who they can pay half the wage.
