House set to vote on debt ceiling deal

The debt ceiling agreement faces a major hurdle today as the House of Representatives prepares to vote on the deal. Both President Biden and party leaders are confident they've secured the support needed to pass this bill, despite dozens of Republicans and a number of progressive Democrats voicing their opposition.
