A man tried to blow up his car in a Portland neighborhood Monday, was unsuccessful, drove away and returned later and tried to blow it up again.

This happened in my neighborhood, I heard it and felt the ground shake and immediately thought “was that a bomb..?” Even though I’ve never heard a bomb in person before. Scary stuff
